How long does it take to clean my website?
Most infections are cleaned within 24-48 hours. More complex or widespread infections can take a little longer, but you’ll be kept updated throughout.
Do you need access to my cPanel or hosting account?
Yes, cPanel or hosting access is usually required so we can check files outside WordPress itself, where malware often hides.
Will I lose any content or data during the clean-up?
No. We work carefully to remove only malicious files and code, keeping your existing content, pages and products fully intact.
Can you guarantee my site won’t get reinfected?
We harden your site against the most common causes of reinfection, but no one can guarantee 100% security. A hardened, patched site is far less likely to be targeted again.
