Drop of Life Psychology — A calmer first step

The new website needed to feel as reassuring as walking through their front door, for people who are often reaching out at a hard moment.
The design uses a quiet palette of warm stone, soft white and deep slate, with an elegant serif paired with clean sans-serif body text. The clinic's drop motif recurs throughout, from custom line icons to the scroll indicator, so the brand feels considered without feeling clinical. Arched imagery, soft shadow textures and frosted-glass panels give the site a sense of calm and space. Clear paths to contact sit at every stage, including a persistent call-to-action bar and a simple three-step "Getting started" section that makes booking feel approachable. The biggest functional piece was helping visitors find the right practitioner. A filterable "Find your match" team directory lets people sort by service, client age, practitioner type, gender and availability, and a practitioner carousel inside the navigation menu puts the team one hover away from any page. A swipeable treatment-area carousel, a founder video introduction and an FAQ round out the experience. Every section is fully responsive, so it works just as well on the phone someone might be quietly searching from late at night.

It was a real privilege to work with a team that has been caring for the Gold Coast community for two decades, and to create something that reflects the care they bring to every session.
